Having recently moved to beautiful Sussex countryside, I am delighted to be restarting my Monday evening meditation class and would like to invite you to join me. This class runs from 8pm for approximately one hour. It is a small supportive group that is open to complete beginners to meditation and experienced meditatiors.
It is held in my beautiful yurt, heated with a wood-burning stove, overlooking the rolling lush green Sussex countryside.
