The winter solstice is the time of year when the suns energy will pause momentarily before the long, slow, return of the solar light.
At this special time of year, I will be facilitating a Sacred Women’s Circle at the Winter Solstice. This will be an evening of celebration, thanksgiving and meditation. I love to spend some time in a small supportive group setting; pausing, pondering and gathering my thoughts and intentions at this time of the solar year.
Come and share sacred time with others, reflect on the year you have travelled, and start connecting with your dreams for 2024. We will gather around a wood-burning stove to represent the energy of fire. We will spend some time in meditation, some time reflecting on the different aspects of our lives. There will be space for sharing if this is something you would like to do (entirely optional). There will be time to rest.
We will bring our awareness to the cycles of the earth, the turning of the wheel of the year. The days are going to start lengthening from this point.
This evening will be supported by nourishing tea and a sweet treat.

These groups are held in Albourne, just 15 minutes from Brighton in a beautiful wooden cabin, with a wood-burning stove and ample free parking.
