Summer Evening Meditation Groups

I am delighted to let you know that I am offering a couple of meditation groups this summer, to be held in a yurt, equipped with wood-burning stove, in our beautiful land in Albourne, in rolling green Sussex countryside.  These meditation groups consist of 2-3 short and manageable guided meditations, suitable for complete beginners or experienced meditators alike.

Time:
8pm to 9pm ish.
Payment is by donation.
