This is a sacred circle for women to sit together, to feel connected and supported. It is primarily a place for women to come together in gentle guided meditation, to connect through quiet contemplation and reflection. This circle is at the time of Samhain, also known as Hallowee. We will be exploring some themes related to that, especially the theme of endings and new beginnings and how that features in our lives.
We will be reflecting upon the current season and time of year and what this offers us. We may wish to reflect upon our health and well-being, our relationships, our work/life balance. We will share some gentle guided meditation and create a simple, enjoyable craft.
The venue is a beautiful wooden cabin, with wood-burning stove overlooking rolling Sussex countryside.
Venue: Albourne, West Sussex. Just 15 minutes drive from Brighton with ample free parking.
